Katarína Havettová graduated from medical high school as a Certified midwife. Afterwards, she started to work as a midwife in hospitals in Zlaté Moravce and Banská Štiavnica. Later on, she decided to try her luck abroad - in the United Kingdom, where she worked in various nursing facilities. There she gained rich experience by taking care of people with a wide range of diagnoses, such as dementia, mental retardation, self-harming or schizophrenia. After six years, she started to work at the Neonatal intensive care unit at Walsall Manor Hospital. Working with prematurely born children has won her over so much, so she became a member of Neonatal Support Group, where she helped parents of prematurely born children. After another six years, she returned back to Slovakia and started to work as a nurse in our ISCARE Bratislava clinic.
